Your account

Creating and using an account is conditional on the following:

• Providing accurate information and keeping it up to date.
• Being authorised to contract on behalf of your organisation.
• Keeping your sign-in credentials confidential; you are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Telling us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use.

Subscription and payment

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time and your service continues to the end of the paid cycle.

Listed prices are before tax; tax is added for your country at checkout.

Acceptable use

The platform may not be used for any of the following:

• Sending unsolicited bulk messages, or anything that breaches messaging platform policies.
• Any activity that breaks the law or infringes the rights of others.
• Attempting to breach or disrupt the platform, or to technically circumvent your plan's limits.
• Reselling the service, or accessing it programmatically beyond the usage limits.

Your content and your customers' data

You own your content and your customers' data, and grant us a limited licence to process it solely to operate the service for you.

You are responsible for the lawfulness of collecting your customers' data and for obtaining the consents needed before messaging them.

Service availability

We work to keep the service running, and may carry out scheduled maintenance with advance notice. Outages caused by the external platforms you connect are outside our direct control.

Intellectual property

The platform, its design, logos and software belong to us. Your subscription grants no right to copy them or create derivative works.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed what you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim, and we are not liable for indirect damages or lost profit.

Termination

You may end your subscription at any time. We may suspend an account for a material breach of these terms after notifying you and giving you a chance to remedy it — unless the breach affects the security of the platform or its systems.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the company is incorporated, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
