The data we collect

• Your customers' conversation data: message content, attachments and contact numbers, stored on your behalf while you remain the controller of it.
• Technical usage data: IP address, browser and device type, and sign-in and error logs.

How we use the data

We use data for specific purposes only:

• Running the service and delivering the features you subscribed to.
• Technical support and answering your questions.
• Improving performance and stability through aggregate statistics that identify nobody.
• Billing and sending essential service notifications.

Artificial intelligence and your data

Your conversation content powers the AI features inside your account only — automatic replies, the knowledge base and summarisation.

We do not use your data to train general-purpose models, and we never share it with other customers.

Sharing data with third parties

We share the minimum necessary with service providers acting on our behalf under confidentiality and data-processing agreements:

• Hosting and infrastructure providers.
• The messaging platforms you connect (WhatsApp, Meta, Telegram and others), subject to their terms.
• Payment gateways, to process subscriptions.
• Government authorities, where legally required.

Data security

We encrypt data in transit and at rest, and apply strict internal access controls with every access logged.

Nobody on our team reads your conversation content unless you open a support request and grant access.

Retention period

We keep your data for as long as your subscription is active. After the account closes we retain it for a limited window so you can recover it, then delete it permanently unless the law requires otherwise.

Your rights

At any time you can:

• Request a copy of your data.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your account and its data.
• Object to a specific processing activity or withdraw your consent.

Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary to run the site and remember preferences such as your theme, plus optional analytics cookies you can decline without affecting the service.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy, and we will notify you of any material change by email or inside your dashboard before it takes effect.
